:: Quality Control and Research & Development

The company is well equipped with a full fledged laboratory having various modern testing facilities pertaining to our products such as Gas Chromatography, High Performance Liquid Chromatography .T.L.C, UV/VIS Spectrophotometer, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Colour matching etc. The laboratory is handled by qualified persons who maintain day-to-day testing records.

The company is having its own R&D facility and we are proud to mention here that our entire product development is through our own R&D efforts. The Directors take personal interest & active participation in the development of R&D activities & this is the most active department.

Eco Care :: Environment, Health & Safety

:: Environment
The effluent after primary treatment is sent to common effluent treatment plant (CETP) for secondary & tertiary treatment which is managed by Vapi Waste Management company promoted & managed by a group of ---- companies in Vapi GIDC. This Plant takes care of final treatment and disposal of wastewater collectively. One of our directors is also an active member on the board of directors of CETP ----.

:: Health
We have good medical facilities and two well-equipped hospitals with qualified doctors at a distance of 2 kms from the manufacturing unit.

We think that efficiency is the output of over all fitness and well-being. We have quarterly medical inspections and certification of every single person in the company. Health Records are being maintained for every person working in our Organisation Proper onsite first aid arrangements are always provided. We are striving hard to achieve the best level of occupational hygiene possible in a manufacturing company.

We have cordial relations with the local doctors and hospitals which are well equipped and as well with the local fire stations.

:: Safety

Our management considers accident prevention as of greater importance than any other phase of operation or administration as it is wisely said “Prevention is better that cure”.

Due to our sincere efforts & HUMAN CARE the accident record book is clean for the last 15 years of operation.

Preventive maintenance in almost all the areas of operations has always been a top priority. We have provided our workforce with the best possible safety equipment’s such as emergency Fire alarms and fire fighting equipments with proper knowledge to operate them. Basic safety equipments like helmets, gloves, masks, face shields, safety shoes are compulsory inside the plant area and quarterly onsite emergency planning and training program & mock drills are also provided.
